IE served as DaVita’s agency for over a decade handling all creative projects. During that time IE rebranded the company from Total Renal Care to DaVita, loosely meaning that he/she gives life in Italian. The lively swoosh and star in the DaVita logo has become the foundation for the essence of the new brand position. It serves to present DaVita as a forward moving, rising company – which is exactly what has been happening since the corporate rebranding. The company’s stock price climbed over 500% in the first year after the launch and continues to display strength.
